Items ordered will normally take 2 – 3 working days to arrive.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.
When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely.
(Please return the goods in their original condition. Do not remove any tags from the items and repack them to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.)
We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post; therefore we would always recommend keeping proof of postage, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED
If an item is damaged in transit to you we will advise a method of returning the damaged item to us. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. As soon as we receive the item we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY
Please notify us within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. We will advise a method of returning the damaged item to us. As soon as we receive the faulty item we will send out a replacement or issue a refund.
IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, please return the item within 14 days stating the reason, order number and date. Amount of refund will not include postage and will take into account the rights of cancellation, the sale of goods act and distance selling regulations. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to us except by prior written (email) agreement with Serene Hearts. Any resending of goods is likely to incur our standard delivery charge.
We will either refund the item or send a replacement as soon as we have received the incorrect item back. We will pay the postage cost if it is indeed a mistake on our part.
